What The Casino And STICPAY See During A Payment
When you pay a casino through STICPAY, the casino records the transaction details it needs to reconcile your deposit or withdrawal: the amount, currency, date and time, status, and a reference or transaction ID. The casino also receives the payer name and the funding label shown in its back office (for example “STICPAY”), and it may store your STICPAY-linked email or account identifier if STICPAY passes it through in the payment notification. The casino does not receive your bank account number or your card number from STICPAY; those stay on the STICPAY side because STICPAY sits between the casino and your underlying funding source.
STICPAY, as the payment provider, sees the full set of compliance and risk data tied to moving money: your STICPAY account details, your verified identity data collected for KYC (such as legal name, date of birth, address, and identity document details), your IP/device logs, and the source and destination of funds (your bank/card on one side, the casino merchant account on the other). For privacy, this setup reduces what the casino can see about your personal banking, but it does not make the transaction “anonymous”: STICPAY can link the transfer to you, and the casino still links the deposit or withdrawal to your casino account and its own AML records. Net effect: STICPAY concentrates more personal and financial data with the payment provider, while the casino sees a narrower, payment-confirmation view.
